Refund policy

REGISTERING A RETURN

A return can be registered within 30 days of receiving the order.

WITH A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Log in to the customer account and submit the return request directly through Orders.

WITHOUT A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Send an email to hello@handsome.skin and include:

the order number;
the name under which the order was placed;
the item being returned;
the reason for the return, if desired.

HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?

Once the return has been registered, the return instructions will be sent by email.

A return label can be requested through Handsome Skin® for €4.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund. It is also possible to choose a preferred carrier or shipping method.

Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original shipping packaging. Return the item within 14 days of registering the return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted when the item is:

clean;
unused;
unwashed;
complete and undamaged;
returned with all original labels still attached.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged or returned incomplete cannot be accepted.

WHEN WILL A RETURN BE REFUNDED?

Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The refund will be processed within five working days after the return has been approved.

If an item is returned used, washed, damaged or incomplete, the refund may be refused in full or in part.
