Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDERS

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. This means that the product is not yet in stock or will become available soon.

When placing a pre-order, the full amount may be charged immediately. In some cases, an initial partial payment will be collected, with the remaining balance charged at a later date.

A pre-order that has not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, the item may be returned in accordance with the applicable returns policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Where an item is offered on a try-before-you-buy basis, the payment method will be authorised in advance.

During the stated trial period, the customer may decide whether to keep or return the item. If the item is not returned within this period, the full purchase amount will automatically be charged to the payment method provided.
