Where does Handsome Skin ship to?
Handsome Skin ships within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping to other countries is possible upon request. Please contact us via hello@handsome.skin to confirm the possibilities and shipping costs in advance.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
The Netherlands: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. Shipping costs are €4.95. For orders over €50, shipping is free.
Belgium: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. Shipping costs are €6.95. For orders over €75, shipping is free.
Delivery times are indicative. During holidays, promotions, or busy periods with the carrier, delivery may take slightly longer.
How can an order be tracked?
As soon as the order has been dispatched, the email address provided will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
The status of the package can be tracked via this link. Please note that track & trace sometimes only becomes active after the package has been processed by the carrier.
Didn't receive a shipping confirmation? First, check your spam folder or junk mail inbox.
If the track & trace has not been active for more than a few business days, or if the package appears to be delayed, please contact us at hello@handsome.skin and state your order number.
RETURN
A return can be registered within 30 days of receipt.
If you have a customer account, you can do this directly via 'Orders'. Without an account, an email can be sent to hello@handsome.skin with the order number, the item, and the name of the order.
After registration, return instructions will follow by email. A return label costs €4.95 and will be deducted from the refund. You can also choose your own carrier.
Please return the item within 14 days clean, unused, unwashed, complete, and with the original tags. Used, washed, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.
When is a return refunded?
After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the return has been approved.
If an item is returned used, washed, damaged, or incomplete, the refund may be wholly or partially refused.
What if an order is delivered damaged or incorrect?
Has an order arrived damaged or has an incorrect item accidentally been delivered? Please contact us at hello@handsome.skin.
Please include the order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the issue.
A suitable solution will then be sought as soon as possible.
