Shipping policy

Every order is processed with care, carefully packed and shipped from the Netherlands. Below is a clear overview of all information relating to shipping and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are carefully processed and shipped from the Netherlands on working days. Handsome Skin® works with PostNL for the delivery of all orders.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

THE NETHERLANDS

The expected delivery time is 2–3 working days. Shipping costs are €4.95. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more.

BELGIUM

The expected delivery time is 4–7 working days. Shipping costs are €7.95. Shipping is free for orders of €75 or more.

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, promotional periods or exceptional carrier delays.

TRACK & TRACE

As soon as the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation containing the track-and-trace information will automatically be sent to the email address provided with the order.

It may take several hours before the carrier’s first scan becomes visible. No shipping confirmation received? Please also check the spam or junk mail folder.

If the tracking information remains unchanged for an extended period, or if the parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact hello@handsome.skin and always include the order number.

Handsome Skin® will investigate the shipment and contact the carrier where necessary.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED OR PARCEL MISSING

In the event of a delivery issue, please contact hello@handsome.skin and include the order number. We will raise the matter with PostNL as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
