WHAT MAKES HANDSOME SKIN DIFFERENT?
Handsome Skin combines certified UPF 50+ hand protection with independently tested performance and a design that naturally fits into your daily skincare routine.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO MY MINERAL?
Both lines offer certified UPF 50+ protection for the hands. The difference lies in the feel and the material construction.
MY SHIELD is tightly woven, with more body and a protective feel. MY MINERAL feels light, supple, and barely noticeable.
IS MY SHIELD SUITABLE FOR A UV OR LED NAIL LAMP?
Yes. MY SHIELD is designed to limit hand exposure to UV radiation during manicure treatments using a UV or LED nail lamp. The open fingertips leave the nails completely free for gel polish, BIAB, and other curing systems.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE GLOVES?
MY SHIELD is available in one size. The flexible fabric contains elastane and offers stretch for a snug fit on various hand shapes, without restricting freedom of movement.

The gloves provide protection for the hands. Nails and fingertips remain free for touch, grip, and precision.
HOW DO I WASH THE GLOVES AND HOW IS THE PROTECTION MAINTAINED?
The UV protection is derived from the tightly woven fabric construction and does not rely on a temporary chemical coating. Hand wash recommended. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron. Preferably allow the gloves to air dry lying flat.
